We offer opportunities for individual investors to participate in renewable energy land development through structured vehicles, including Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). This allows us to pool capital to invest in large-scale real estate portfolios and other investments not typically available to individual investors.
A REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) allows you to own a share of the income generated by the land we develop. We acquire and improve the land, then lease it to solar or wind providers on long-term contracts (typically 25+ years). The REIT collects the lease payments and distributes a significant portion of that income back to investors as dividends.
Credibility is our foundation. We use institutional-grade data to validate every acre we acquire. If a parcel of land does not project outsize impact to the community and returns to our customers, we will not invest.

We evaluate land based on buildable acreage, proximity to grid infrastructure (transmission lines and substations), and environmental factors like slope and floodplains. We also factor in “injection capability”—ensuring the grid can actually handle the power the site would produce.
Feasibility is assessed through a combination of economic modeling (NPV and IRR calculations) and technical design. We track the status of interconnection queues and regulatory shifts to ensure a project is viable before significant capital is deployed.
Renewable land development is a long-term play. While lease payments typically begin once the project is operational, the underlying land value increases once it is “de-risked” (permitted and connected). We provide detailed projections on the timeline for capital recovery and ongoing yield. We typically issue quarterly dividends to our investors over a 20 year period on average.

Years 1–2 (Development): Site identification, land acquisition, environmental studies, and interconnection applications.
Years 2–3 (Permitting & Construction): Finalizing grid connectivity and physical build-out.
Years 3–25+ (Operations): Stable energy production and consistent lease payments.
